The company operates in two segments, Automotive; and Energy Generation and Storage. What exactly is TSLAx?+
TSLAx is an on-chain token that tracks the price of Tesla, Inc. (TSLA). Each token is collateralized 1:1 by the underlying u.s. equity, issued by Backed Finance AG and held in licensed Swiss custody.
Is owning TSLAx the same as owning TSLA?+
Economically, the token tracks the underlying price. Legally, you own a tokenized representation — not the underlying security itself. You do not have shareholder rights, voting rights, or rights against the issuing company. Dividends, where applicable, are passed through under the issuer's mechanism.
How is TSLAx priced?+
