To maintain the correspondence between the composition and weights of the securities in the trust (the "securities") and the stocks in the NASDAQ-100 Index®, the adviser adjusts the securities from time to time to conform to periodic changes in the identity and/or relative weights of index securities. The composition and weighting of the securities portion of a portfolio deposit are also adjusted to conform to changes in the index.

What exactly is QQQx?+
QQQx is an on-chain token that tracks the price of Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ). Each token is collateralized 1:1 by the underlying index etf, issued by Backed Finance AG and held in licensed Swiss custody.
Is owning QQQx the same as owning QQQ?+
Economically, the token tracks the underlying price. Legally, you own a tokenized representation — not the underlying security itself. You do not have shareholder rights, voting rights, or rights against the issuing company. Dividends, where applicable, are passed through under the issuer's mechanism.
How is QQQx priced?+
The on-chain price tracks the underlying market price via market makers and oracles. During US market hours the spread is typically tight; outside US hours and on weekends, the on-chain price is set by on-chain liquidity and may diverge from the last close.
