Lume Streak Reward — Terms

Effective: 1 May 2026 · Version 1.0

These terms govern eligibility for the 7-day trading streak reward program offered by Lume Foundation to verified users with a Nigerian Onramper account. The program pays $15 USD-equivalent in a randomly selected tokenised U.S. equity to users who complete seven consecutive eligible trade days. The program is designed to reward genuine trading activity and is operated with active anti-abuse enforcement.

1. Eligibility

The streak reward is available to natural persons who have:

Lume operates a strict one-account-per-personrule for reward eligibility. Multiple accounts associated with the same natural person, device, IP address, funding source, KYC identity, on-chain wallet cluster, or referral chain are deemed sybil and disqualified from rewards. Disqualified accounts may also be suspended at Lume’s discretion.

2. Streak mechanics

3. Eligible trade — definition

A single executed trade qualifies as an eligible trade for streak purposes if and only if all of the following are satisfied:

  1. 1Notional value at execution is $20 USD-equivalent or greater. Lume uses the spot oracle price at the moment of execution.
  2. 2The trade involves at least one non-stablecoin asset on either the buy or sell side. Stablecoin-to-stablecoin swaps (USDC ↔ USDT, USDC ↔ USDY, and similar) are not eligible.
  3. 3The position is held for at least 30 minutes before any closing trade in the same asset. A buy and a sell of the same asset within 30 minutes is treated as a single ineligible round-trip.
  4. 4The trade is not a round-trip of the same asset within the streak day. Buying NVDAx and selling NVDAx within the same 24-hour streak window counts as one trade for streak purposes, regardless of hold time.
  5. 5The trade settles on Lume’s primary order paths: Jupiter or DFlow for spot tokenised equities, or Hyperliquid for perpetual futures. Off-platform trades, manual transfers, and direct wallet-to-wallet transactions do not count.

4. Excluded trades

The following categories of trades do not advance the streak, regardless of notional or hold time:

5. Anti-wash-trade enforcement

Lume operates automated and manual review of streak-eligible trades. Wash trading — defined as trading with no genuine economic purpose, primarily to inflate trade count, volume, or to game a reward program — is strictly prohibited.

Lume may, at its sole discretion and without obligation to disclose detection methodology:

Detection signals include but are not limited to: round-trip frequency, hold-time distribution, counterparty concentration, IP and device clustering, funding-source re-use, on-chain wallet-graph analysis, price-impact patterns relative to comparable trades, time-of-day patterns, and statistical outlier detection across the user’s historical activity.

Lume does not pre-disclose specific thresholds or model parameters. Doing so would defeat the purpose of the anti-abuse system. Users acting in good faith who execute normal trades are extremely unlikely to trigger enforcement.

6. Reward delivery

7. Taxes

The user is solely responsible for any tax liability arising from the receipt or disposal of streak rewards in their jurisdiction. For users in Nigeria, streak rewards may be reportable as miscellaneous or other income under FIRS rules; users should consult a qualified tax advisor. Lume does not withhold tax on reward delivery and does not provide tax advice.

9. Disputes

Disputes regarding reward eligibility, anti-abuse enforcement, or reward delivery must be filed with Lume support at support@lumefi.app within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Lume will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Lume’s determination on reward eligibility is final.

The Lume streak reward program is operated by Lume Foundation, a non-profit DAO LLC registered in the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
